We stand by the phenotype integrity of our cultivars. Seeds marked with our Pheno Guaranteed badge are selected from plants displaying strong, true-to-type traits—shape, colour, flavour, and heat—as defined in their product descriptions.

If more than 20% of the plants grown from a Pheno Guaranteed product fail to meet expected phenotype standards, we’ll issue a full store credit, no questions asked.
Our goal is simple: you should be able to grow exactly what we grow.

Note:
Some cultivars are intentionally marked as “Unstable” or “Open-Pheno Hybrids.” These are sold for experimental and breeding purposes, and do not carry phenotype guarantees. In fact, variation is part of the fun. Growers purchasing these lines do so with full transparency into their exploratory nature.
